Recipe for WFPB Breakfast Bars... (I normally triple this recipe and spread it on a silpat lined pan)
1.5 cups oatmeal
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup raisins (or chocolate chips)
2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix and bake at 350 for 30 minutes in 8x8 panManage
